Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Estimated fulfillment times are:

Please note that fulfillment times are estimates and may vary during holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, estimated delivery within the United States is:

United States: 2–5 business days
Total delivery time equals processing time + shipping time.
Please note that shipping estimates do not include weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Carrier
Orders shipped within the United States are delivered by UPS or another trusted shipping partner when necessary to ensure timely delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking information to monitor your package throughout its journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding should these situations arise.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or additional shipping charges may occur. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement shipment or another suitable resolution.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations.
Delivery times vary by country and customs processing times.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are produced specifically for Gator Pear Beauty, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
